Both BROCCOLI and CAULIFLOWER belong to the Brassica family of vegetables. They have compounds with anti-cancer and antioxidant properties, and their high sulphur content also has antibiotic and antiviral characteristics. Other vegetables in the same family include cabbage, turnip, kale and Brussels sprouts. Do you ever eat any of these? How do you cook them? Comment below 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼. I usually roast Brussels sprouts, kale and turnip, cook cabbage in soup, and steam broccoli and cauliflower, even though I recently found this broccoli couscous thermomix recipe and it’s delicious! I did the same recipe with cauliflower and it works well too (but cauliflower mash is still a favorite at home 🤓).
