Try these 3 exercises back to back: All three exercises = one set. 6 total! Kettlebell Carry Lunges [Inplace/Forward] 6 sets of 5 each leg, alternating legs. 10 reps total. The kettle bells will make you work on balance. (Do not add bar clips to keep the kettles in place. You need to keep the kettles in place during workout.) Next, jump to sprints! 1 min on 12 speed. [Sprints- do what you can handle for a minute. Start at speed 6 then move up overtime]
Next, get on the leg curl machine and hit 20 reps with each set increasing weight!
