Squats at @warriorperform to utilize the monolift in order to get used to it before comp.

Not sure about depth on the first rep, but 2nd rep was fine.
Also it's pretty clear that my left glute doesn't activate properly (2nd vid) - something I've known about for ages and am working on.
This is my current PB so to hit doubles for 3 sets is pretty good to see. Also much cleaner than when I got it for a PB.

First time doing heavy squats since states 8wks ago.
Wasn't sure what my plan was today in the gym but ended up testing some 5RM squats in both sleeves and wraps
Sleeves 5RM = 130kg
Wraps 5RM = 150kg
I didn't actually test to failure but these numbers would be relatively close.
Cannot wait for squat session with the one and only @ericlilliebridge in just over 2wks time.
Thanks @lukeandlittleg_lifting for the spotting and queues, and @jesselangbien for the past 8wks training - it's definitely helped me!

Glad that I got here today - 2nd session for the week but something is better than nothing.
Bench felt great, moving so well.
4x4@87.5kg (1st rep paused)
2x2@92.5kg spoto press (paused 2cm above chest)
3x3@90kg 1" block
3x3@95kg 1" block (meant to be 2" but forgot to change it)
Pressed over 3500kg today and could've done more.
Repping my favourite clothing brands @grrrl_clothing & @blackmilkclothing - comfiest and best quality gear around.
