💥Check out these 2 Dynamic Bodyweight Chest exercises!
1️⃣ First movement is a Push Up Fly! While maintaining a controlled eccentric motion you're going to open up the chest when lowering the body and push through as you raise your body back up.
2️⃣ Second movement is a Unilateral Push Up with a Reach! This movement stimulates both upper chest, and encourages shoulder mobility. Being able to shift the weight on a lateral standpoint, while moving the opposing arm requires a good amount of core as well!
