I like to make videos. I like to post my workouts on here. I like being in shape. And if anyone has things to say about me doing things I like to do then take your negativity else where 😊 .
Why do I like it? Well...
1) I love helping people/seeing people achieve their goals.
2) I love to see things I personally need to work on. From form to breathing. There’s always room for improvements! (going to make a post about these tips things tomorrow)
3) It helps me keep track of my own goals! And that is supper important! .
With that being said, here is yesterday’s leg day workout! .
Warm up: jumping squats/high knees •Jump lunges: 2 sets of 10
•2 sets of 10 weighted lunges/drop weight to hip to incorporate abs
•Cross behind lunges: 2 sets of 12
•Good-mornings to squat: 2 sets of 10
•10 Good mornings SS w/
•5 Front barbell squats
FINISH WITH: (no rest)
•10 front squats/10 good mornings/10 regular squats
And you DONE!!

Training quads last night and slowly getting in my grove with the changes this week. Whenever we make big changes to our plan my body typically takes a few days to respond well. I think physique transformation is so much harder than losing weight. I know I haven’t been showing much, but please believe I’m pushing myself in a whole new way! Some of you get it.. some of you will just have to wait to see the end result. Either way, I’m just happy to be enjoying the gym again. Not stressing about how much I weigh or how long this transformation will take. Honestly, it’s going to be at least a full year of hard work to even build the foundation that I want.
