Increasing your flexibility can increase your performance in physical activities which will
only lead you to having more energy, more reps, and last longer in the gym than without stretching.
Stretching will certainly decrease your chances of injury by helping your muscles and joints
move fluidly through their full range of motion. Avoiding injury is extremely important so that you do not damage your muscles or ligaments for good or at
least set you back a few weeks while you go through recovery.
