Some days you have to get up and just be totally freakin' PROUD OF YOURSELF!!!!! 🙌💪🙌 Full disclosure - I've been on the 🚌 struggle bus 🚌 the last couple weeks!!!! An extra snack here and there, evening snacks, cookies I couldn't stay away from a couple weeks ago that our mortgage company and realtor sent - one as a treat is fine, but I had wayyyyy more than one! 😳🍪 Over the last couple weeks, I'd hear my alarm go off in the morning and I'd find reasons to hit snooze 5 times - I was woken up in the night by one of the boys, I went to bed too late, I "deserved" a few more minutes of sleep.
But then I was rushing through my morning, responding to the demands of the kids, trying to pack up lunches, make breakfasts, and get everyone ready while rushing though my workouts - which more than I'd like to admit ended up being and half-a**ed as a result!!!! One or two days of this wouldn't make much of a difference, but compounded over the course of a couple weeks and my wakeup call was how I am FEELING lately -I started hitting that afternoon slump around 2pm, I'm feeling bloated and tired, I haven't stepped on the scale in a week, but I can tell from how my clothes fit that I need a KICK IN THE REAR to get myself 💯% back on track!!! So last night I planned ahead and set myself up so I could wake up with DETERMINATION and PURPOSE!
I thought through all of the morning's obstacles and planned ahead for as many as I could!
I prepped the kids' breakfast, laid out their clothes, laid out my workout clothes, set out my cup and tub of preworkout - any little step I could save myself a second, I did!
And you know what? I'm not even joking - I was up without hitting snooze once and I just OWNED all 37 minutes and 12 seconds of that workout because I came into today with DETERMINATION and PURPOSE! 💥💪💥 So what's holding you back from going ALL IN?! What excuses are you feeding yourself?
It's time to wake up and IMPRESS YOURSELF!!! Trust me, it feels pretty freaking amazing!!!!!👊
