About last night 💁💪 2.5 hours of boxing conditioning and technique.
My boxing gym has been closed this past week. The guy who runs the gym has been tired, God bless him. I usually box 4x/week. Thank goodness the gym is open tonight. I'm getting antsy!!! Must punch something! Lol.
A little bloated this week (sucking in my stomach here for dear life 😂😂😂) and will likely weigh more because I haven't been boxing. It's OK; I'll burn it off next week. As long as I'm sitting within a 5 lb range of my fight weight of 112 lbs (flyweight), I'm good. Last week I was weighing in at 113.8 lbs with clothes on.
Watching what I eat but not really. General rule: no processed foods except in a blue moon. I eat enough carbs 🍪🍚🍝 (PLENTY) to fuel my rigorous movements plus protein 🍗🍳🍤🐠🐟 to build lean, fast and functional muscle. Also fibre 🍃🍌🍍🍎!!!
Peaks and valleys people! Remember that! If you're always at the 🔝🔝🔝 of the mountain you'll freeze to death cuz it's cold AF there.
So a lot of active rest days this past week.
- Tried dancer's stretching for the first time and it puts yoga to shame 😢😢😭.

- Got a new job as a trainer showing people exercises to make them sweat 💦💦💦.
