Oh my my my this trip has been so lovely! From mountains, to a busy city, to beautiful people, incredible food, and amazing coffee art! You Colorado people have it real good! Props to my man for planning the best vacation ever! mountains>beaches 😜 #boxcarcoffee#denver
A coffee+cheese+wine shop? Heaven? Took a short break from the biomechanics fiesta to scope out this Boulder establishment that garnered more than a few recommendations from friends. Was skeptical that it would live up to the hype, but holy smokes; it totally exceeded it! A small, open, quiet interior with a poetically simple coffee menu and a small but mighty selection of fromages. Jules and Jess at @curedboulder facilitated a cheese-geek-out session and introduced me to a new basque favorite: Abbaye de Belloc, and the polite barista at @boxcarcoffeeroasters served up a uniquely Boulder "boilermaker": coffee steeped in "boiling" (lower temp at altitude) water. The whole establishment was like if @zingermansdeli had a quiter, less eccentric, but more refined sibling. Wonderful! #ASB2017 . . . . #boxcarcoffee#curedboulder#cheese#sheep#boulder#fromage#heaven
r. #TheRollingStones - #GetYerYaYasOut [#LondonRecords / #DeccaRecords] c. #BoxcarCoffee Ethiopia Reko, fp. Having not toured from 1966-1968 (probably trying to keep up with the Beatles who also had stopped touring), The Rolling Stones went back on the road in '69. It's the last time the band would tour before having supporting musicians on stage. The albums was a huge success in the U.K., making it the first live album to go to number 1. I still don't get off on the Stones as much other groups of the time... but I'll keep on trying.
