And I am doing my most favourite Backbend INVERYED BOW POSE as I feel so strong doing this pose as well I feel My heart opens more and flexibility of my back improves so I practice this pose everyday!!💕😍 . Beautiful day in Buffalo today! Couldn’t resist going outside for today’s yoga experiment ☀️ When I saw this one, I thought it wouldn’t be so bad. Very wrong. It took several tries and a lot of warming up to get this picture 🙃🧘♀️
*FACT:* you do NOT have to be super flexible to do this pose. If you sit at a desk all day or you’re frequently looking down at your phone, you may often find yourself hunching forward. This pose reverses that by opening up the chest, shoulders and hip flexors. 😊
