Today I have walked further than I have ever done before in the good old familiar place, soaked in the sun, tried the new kind of photography, smiled, was keeping in check being kind and loving to myself.

With the end of a year, of course often comes a time of reflection. Looking back on things that were both good and bad, Peaks and valleys. ⠀ How I’m choosing to look at this past year - is with open eyes, an open heart, And a focus on G R O W T H. ⠀ How much I’ve changed. How much my life has changed. How I’ve adapted. How I’ve overcome. How many BLESSINGS I have had come my way. ⠀ Rather than seeing valleys as valleys, See them as growing experiences.
