I took the day off of everything to just have some fun with my grandson and Pawpaw. It’s great to workout 5-6 times a week when your feeling great and wanting to hit the gym hard.
But you should also listen to your body. It will tell you when it needs a rest if you’ll listen. Rest days are also just as important as hitting the workouts every day. When you want to build muscle and lose some body fat, give you body time to repair and restore some energy.
Your body will thank you for a rest day. .
