Yesterday MARKED 4 MONTHS POST-ACL OP 🙊🙌🏽🙏🏽. . All has been GREAT so far👌🏽🧡 Physio Check up this week 🙌🏽😊. . Knee Rehab over the last few weeks was to improve on BALANCE x STRENGTH x GLUTES on the BOSU BALL.
So SAME SAME exercises BUT weights got HEAVIER by the day 😅💪🏽. These are General exercises I’ll load them in my story & save them in my highlights what they each benefit 🤗
Todays workout with a 10min warmup and cool down on the bike. 3 sets of at least 10x reps of each exercise or 10x each leg.
