1️⃣ #BosuBall - 10 toe taps, jump into squat (hold for a second upon landing), 10 reps
2️⃣ #SideLunge drag - dragging a 5-10 lb plate & holding kettle bell (can't forget about those adductors ladies 😜)
3️⃣ Goblet #squat (hold kettle bell out in front of you keeping shoulders down, lats fired!) - hold down in squat for 5 seconds, pop up and immediately back down. 5-10 reps.
Repeat 3-4x 💪🏻
