My gym has a million of These Bosu Balls
After some heavy lifts I played around a bit.
I did a little research and apparently the bosu ball isn't very popular and most don't find them that useful. 😐
Well they are there and I will definitely utilize what's available to me.
I had a blast. I was sweating like a 🐷...

I've done this before but this time, I performed it on a half bosu ball which, made it SO much harder. The balance needed adds a whole different dimension to the exercise. The burn was so deep and intense. I didn't think I was going to be able to complete the whole set but, I pushed through the pain and finished strong.

Working abs usually is the worst thing ever but, staying creative with exercises like this makes it much more enjoyable. Never neglect core work, your back will thank you.

I've had so many ankle sprains over the years that I've had to start doing some strengthening, which I probably should have been doing in the first place! This exercise on the bosu ball is good for waking up your proprioception and ankle stability. Hump day got me feelin so groovy 😎 I've been super obsessed with the #BOSU lately, let's be honest. Here is an ADVANCED Bosu/Gilder workout that I have been doing with some of my #dengirls. I almost always start each workout with a 3 minute jump rope series to warm-up 🤸🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️▪️Gliding Lunge
▪️Straight Arm Plank Half Moon
▪️Lunge into Knee Drive
▪️Pikes

After #shoulders #chest and #triceps I finished with #abs. I wanted to try something different so I used a #bosuball to do my situps. It definitely helped with back support and provided elevation off the floor. I attached one handle to the pull on the #cablemachine for weight resistance to really work my core. Its like 🔥🔥
