I've done this before but this time, I performed it on a half bosu ball which, made it SO much harder. The balance needed adds a whole different dimension to the exercise. The burn was so deep and intense. I didn't think I was going to be able to complete the whole set but, I pushed through the pain and finished strong.
Working abs usually is the worst thing ever but, staying creative with exercises like this makes it much more enjoyable. Never neglect core work, your back will thank you.
