Tonight was the last big workout before the meet. I have a few REALLY light triples this week, over just two sessions, to keep me moving in the deload, but all the struggle is done and while there were many obstacles in this training cycle, nothing can be done between now and next weekend to make me more prepared. I just have to rest and recover and solidify my body's weight below 183#. Hard part is over. Now I just have to go demonstrate where I am after the past 6 months.
