ROLLS 🙌 || Took this selfie mid-workout (as you do) and one of the first things I noticed were those cheeky little rolls of belly fat making an appearence... This time a few years ago I would have thought 'ugh can't post that' and deleted it straight away... BUT I've come to realise that not only do we NEED a good amount body fat (especially us women) but also that BEAUTY doesn't come from hiding away any part of your body but from EMBRACING all of it - including the bits we maybe don't like (or rather, are told we shouldn't like)! .
STRENGTH 😄🙌💪 || Cracked out the 10kg dumbbells for todays back and chest workout to do some chest presses - feels FAB to be working on strength and after my first week of mixing up my training I feel good about it ... .
Yes I'm definitely not going to be as good at enduring cardio in the coming months but I think my body is happy with the change and I wanna get STRONG 💪💪 P.s. New blog post went up today - LINK IN MY BIO 😊 .
