My new two favorite moves!!!
1️⃣- FOR THE ABEROOSKIES: I’m plank position contract and relax your core, this should be a very minuscule movement but it will really target those inner muscles...and believe me in hurts 🙌🏼
2️⃣-BOOTAAAYY: in a frog position start to do hip thrusts...I know it looks ridiculous, but it sets your buns on 🔥 keep the bottoms of your feet together and squeeze those buns at the top 🙌🏼🍑
I try to do 3-4 sets of 30 reps of each as a little burnout at the end of my workout 👌🏼
