One of the things that I do on a daily basis, is lymphatic drainage on vibration plates or by dry brushing; taking care of your lymphatic system is critical to your general health and immune system. Since you asked how, I took a video of some of the movements I did today on the vibration plate. I also do a 10 min lower body vibration (that's what she said!) before doing legs for better blood circulation and muscle activation.
