Difference between these 2 pictures? (Besides the tan😂) there are about 10 bootcamps 💪🏼between them! I had only just started my fitness journey on the LEFT and TBH, wasn’t fully committed because I had so many “summer activities” going on. Picture on the RIGHT was taken a week ago(and with some hangover bloat 🤢) I don’t have a complete 6 pack or have a “perfect body” but that doesn’t exist, nor do I care to know if it does!! HAHA🤣 ANYWHOOOOO, I am #proudAF of how far I have come! Imagine if I hadn’t found this amazing lifestyle?! I probably wouldn’t be walking around the beach 🌴in a little bikini feeling sexy & confident. My workout today was a 4.5 mile run to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, 2x up and down the steps, the. another 1.6 mile run to the Redding Terminal Market where I had lunch (shown in second pic).. Loved the run, Philly is a beautiful area!

Everyone has body goals...mine is to pump it up 🏋🏽‍♀️🍑💪🏽. It seems like the only healthy way to gain is to eat chicken til I cluck and squat til I die 🤦🏽‍♀️😆. I struggle to maintain my weight bc my intake varies. I need to start lifting, but I also have to get this diet under control. I could use some advice on supplements/shakes/etc that I can use that will keep me on track when my diet is way off lol. Any (helpful and/or professional) suggestions??

1. Good mornings: 4 sets of 12 | Remember to squeeze your glutes and hammies as you come back up!
2. Glute bridges: 4 sets of 10 | Squueeze! 🍑
3. Pulsing sumo squats: 4 sets of 12 | Being slightly elevated allows you to increase your range of motion and flexibility.
4. Step- ups: 4 sets of 15 (per leg) | Step up through your heel to target your glutes.
5. Jumping squats: 4 sets of 10| these are perfect to add in as a superset to your workout (superset= two exercises back to back with little or no rest in between)

Additional tips: don’t forget to breathe, always keep your core tight, and make sure your movements are slow and controlled

Here we goooooo🤣 Guys....I ate ALLLLL the things and drank ALLLL the things #tacos&;vodka 🌮🍸 but I also worked out 💪🏼 and drank my superfoods 🍫 every damn day because it’s what keeps me sane and helps keep my results WHILE enjoying myself on vacation 🌴 How cool is it that I came BACK from vacay still having some baby abs 👀 it’s because of my superfoods! 80% of my results are from a serving of 70+ superfoods. SHIIIIIT if I didn’t have my superfoods while away, I would’ve came back extremely bloated 🐳with no motivation 😒 but I’m back, and still so fucking happy that my set back IS NOT as far back as it could’ve been!
