🙈Do you ever make yourself proud and then look around for someone to be like “f*ck ya!” with you?! Or is that just me?! 😂 ALSO, Have you ever noticed it's a lot harder to share our small victories than it is to share our small struggles? Why is that? 🤔 I think that at some point, I started feeling awkward or ashamed to say "hey look at me! 💁🏼Look what I accomplished!" 🤓👏🏼 I just wanna share the good vibes... 🤷🏼♀️✨
That's honestly been my favorite part about my online fitness acccountability groups. You can seriously just be like, "👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You guys, #proudofme , I didn't eat a donut today!!!! 🍩🙅🏼" And everyone will be like "Hell yeah, girl, fuck yeah! Screw donuts, we got goals!! 🙌🏼" 😂😂😂 Nothing is too big or too small to share. 🤗 And personally, I'm a big believer in celebrating the small stuff instead of sweating it! 😅
In our group, however different we may be, we're all like minded 👯 in that we are committed and focused on our goals while we take action everyday to achieve them! 👊🏼 All we have to do is stay true to what we know delivers results. 💪🏼
•30 minute at home workouts-streamed virtually so really you can do them anywhere •Meal plans that are flexible AF- If I can do it you can do it. •Vegan 🌱superfoods shakes- doubles as your protein shake and/or a dessert cuz they actually taste bomb.
Accountability- to make this a lifestyle rather than a daily CHORE 🙄
