Do 3 rounds of this booty finisher at the end of your leg workout. 🔸
1. Half way deadlift pulses. You can use a kettlebell or a dumbell. Stay low. Don’t squat, this movement comes from pushing your hips backwards and forward (not down and up).
2. Elevated curtsy lunges. The leg that stays on the platform, is the working leg. Keep all the weight on that leg as you push yourself back up.

Hoy toco entrenamiento de Glúteo con tips de ​@bretcontreras1 El es el Guru de los Glúteos, todos sus tips son excelente para comenzar a crecer tus glúteos.
Inclui estos 6 ejercicios. Los hize uno tras el otro, por 3 rondas con repeticiones de a 15.
1⃣ Patadas de Gluteo Elevadas . Concéntrate en apretar arriba y bajar controlada mente. También son excelente para mejorar tu fuerza abdominal.
2⃣ Patadas de Gluteo full recorrido 😎 procura apretar el abdomen y sostener arriba en la contracción total del glúteo.
3⃣ Perritos.... este ejercicio lo odio 😂. la clave esta en llevar la rodillla hacia arriba paralela a la cadera y el torso.
4️⃣ Patadas de Gluteo Cruzadas.🔥 asegurate de estirar y tocar tan lejos como puedas en ambos extremos.
5️⃣ Elevación de Pierna 😓 OMG qué ardor, Ya qui estoy molida, procura mantener tu pierna estirada siempre sintiendo el ardor en el glúteo y la cadera.
6️⃣ ABS 🔥💥🔥 Remato abdomen con 15 repeticiones por lado. (3 angulos diferentes por repetición)

Thankful for my accountability partner in NY🤩 we are rocking our Nutrition again and it’s amazing how awesome we are doing! We are on our 3rd week of the Hybrid program that we created ourselves! We will share the calendar with you when we are all done!! I am loving it. It has been great alongside my running!! 🏃‍♀️
