I walked on the treadmill for 10 mins! 5 mins class 5 mins on an incline!
Also I stretched my legs and booty 🍑 always warm up your muscles!

Dumbbell deadlifts! ✨ 4 sets x10 reps!
Good mornings! ✨4 sets x10 reps!
Lunges! ✨4 sets x10 reps!
Leg curls/extensions! ✨ 4 sets x10 reps!
