Slight false advertising as it features one of my core exercises also but here's a little bit of what I got up to tonight!
These are my wind down exercises after I finish the usual rounds of weights and cardio that I do when I train legs. The core exercise got thrown in as it's something I always try to do to make sure I'm keeping my lil tum toned-sometimes (all the time) I tend to forget about it and I eat way too much McDonald's to forget
* (Sorry for the plain view of my ass I didn't want to look towards the mirror because I didn't put makeup on and I have low self esteem 😂)
*Also, my booty pulses are so low because I squat low and it's just what I'm used to aha .
