Remember being excited about recess everyday as a kid? Find something you love, something that makes you smile, something that makes you feel good inside and out. Cycling makes me happy. It is not a chore, I don’t feel like I “should” do it just to stay fit, I cycle because it’s fun and I want to-the benefits of exercise follow.
