Hey peeps, its been a while since i've posted some workout routines. Anyway here's some #throwback on back workouts i did back then. I always find back workouts are a bit challenging and the hardest muscles to contract, but based on my experience, practices, trial on many exercises and errors alway helps to enhance your back muscles.
