A: 3-4 Days. You can freeze it to save it for much longer!
Q: What do you do with your bone broth?
A: I personally just drink it.
Q: Why do you drink bone broth?
A: From boosting your immune system to reducing the signs of aging-skin to helping support healthy joints, bone broth is packed with yummy benefits 😋

Q: What size is your pressure cooker instant pot?
A: 3 quarts.
Q: What are fermented foods?
A: The process of making these fermented foods creates beneficial enzymes, b-vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids and various strains of probiotics. Foods like kimchi and sauerkraut are probiotic rich and linked to better digestion & overall health!

Q: How do you eat fermented foods?
A: Add a little to salads or meals! I like sauerkraut with red meats and eggs and kimchi with fish and chicken.
Q: Why are you always smiling?
A: I try to find pieces of happiness in every day. Even if it’s a bad day. I whipped up this 🍁PALEO FRIENDLY STUFFING🍁 yesterday in my stories and been scrambling to get it up in time for you guys!😘 It may look like a lot of ingredients, but all you have to do is really throw it all in a pot and call it a day! #lilsipper

Ingredients:
1, 16 oz bag of fresh cauliflower rice
1 cup @barebonesbroth (code: lilsipper10)
3 cups coarsely chopped mushrooms
1 med. white onion, chopped
1/2 cup raisins 📌(I use raisins cuz they don't have added sugar like all dried cranberries do, but dried crans will work also)
Seasonings of choice to taste (poultry seasoning, s&p, etc.)
1 @rightfoods Sweet Potato Quinoa Salad Bowl (paleo omit)
3 cups @organicgirl's baby spinach
1/2 cup pecan pieces/halves
1/3 cup pepitas

Directions:
✏️Add first 6 ingredients to a large pot and simmer until onions have become transparent/soft.
✏️Cook quinoa (if using) as directed 📌leave out sugar/seasoning pack - love that they give you the option to add or not!👍🏼
✏️Drain cooked quinoa and add it to your pot along with spinach. Stir a few minutes until spinach has wilted. Taste. If more seasoning needs to be added do so to preference.
✏️Right before serving, add pecans and pepitas for crunch (they will get "soggy" if you add them prior).

Notes: This is to be served stove top, not stuffed in a turkey.

I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 13, and one piece of advice from a fine dining chef I worked with was “always use very few, GOOD ingredients!” This stuck and has always been one of my mottos while in the kitchen. So, when I got put in charge of making the vegan gravy for thanksgiving, we had to make sure the veggie stock (a primary ingredient) was up to par. This is basically a combination of misc stuff from my kitchen and a lot of garden love including; moringa, i’itoi onions, garlic greens, bell peppers, jalapeños, celery, lemon grass, parsley, cilantro, tree collards and more. I’ll reduce this down for a good portion of the day infusing the Water with all the flavors and nutrients of my garden. Then I’ll take it and reduce it some more to make the gravy. Final result. Really, friggin, good gravy. In the meantime, my house smells amazing 👌🍽
