We had a funny encounter with a gentle denizen of Cantagay Marine Sanctuary as we descended towards the bottom. This young hawksbill turtle was resting happily on the corals as we approached her. I tried to approach her quietly so I can take a better photo of her. Unfortunately, the bubbles from my regulator startled the turtle, and she swam away as fast as she could.
Poor turtle. Sorry for disturbing your nap, girl.
