Lately I've been having some backpain again and I asked my friend @coachumitdolen to asses me, since he is a physiotherapist(check his page, he's awesome๐Ÿ‘Œ) With his help I made a new training plan for myself, avoiding exercises that cause me back pain and doing more of those that will help eliminate it. I mostly have to work on my spine mobility, hip flexor mobility, core stability (without any compression) and my backbending. So basically stuff that I'm bad at and have been avoiding. I'll hate it for some time cause I won't be able to work on stuff I love - for example pikepress. And also because like I said, I gotta work on stuff that I'm bad at. But, starting is the hardest part and I know that once I see progress in these things I will get addicted to it๐Ÿ˜Š glad that I can still work on my hspu, archer chinups, levers, handstand line and so on. Also @andyunderdogs has to give me some painful as fuck massage and stretches every day๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜ sooo, let the grind begin. I'll keep you updatedโœŒ

Pancake training for you guys: warm up your legs with some squats, stretch a little with some static stretches (pulling towards your toes,...) And then do 3 sets of 5 weighted pancakes. Start with 10kg and see how it feels๐Ÿ˜Š Of course you don't have to go as low as I go, just go as far as you can. On the other hand - if this one is too easy, put some yogablocks under your feet or go up in weight๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Š
