A kid and a man.. difference is on the left the pictures are 3 years ago, right are present. And the workout time is 1.5 year because of all my injuries surgeries and other obstacles. Also, i haven’t used any supplements, once i had a bcaa to be honest. And also my nutrition has been off. Not something I’m proud of, but i had my reasons, u can ask my friends i eat everythiiiing 😂 But I don’t drunk at all, smoking etc. I just kill my workouts, a lot more to go though. But there are no excuses, get out and get it 💪💪
