2. Decline Push-up x10
3. Bulgarian Lunge x 10
4. Step ups x 10
5. Stair runs x 1

Pull ups are a great back and scapula exercise - but only when done correctly.

Go slooooowwlllly and use a band like Aubrey used here to reset and perfect your positioning before each movement.

Although we can't control the appearance of situations or the behavior of people, we always have a choice how we react to them.
