There are a few physical differences between these two photos (throwback to long hair, anyone?). But even more so are the unseen changes. . . Like how I am confident in my goals and how to achieve them, and I have the discipline to work toward those goals.
What held me back for SO LONG was fear (still something I struggle with!). The fear that I’m genetically “big-boned” or whatever the fuck people say. That it’s just in my genes to look this way, and I can never change my body to be healthier, stronger, and more efficient.
I believed that lie for SO LONG, and I let it hold me back.
Until I decided “fuck it” and just WENT FOR IT.
SO. I wanna help YOU—yes YOU—overcome the fear that is holding you back from getting stronger and healthier. I am officially opening enrollment into my fitness support group for the month of December. I am taking 10 applicants (serious inquiries only!) and promising CHANGE. Like. . . ⬇️ 5-10 pounds and more confidence and fellowship with like-minded women!
