Throwback to almost a year ago.
People always ask us how to get in shape for the summer. And I always answer back why just the summer? Why not for all seasons, why not for life?
It’s often said summer bodies are made in the winter. I disagree because I stay in shape all year round.
I found a system that EASY to repeat.
1️⃣ Be accountable for your food.
2️⃣ Find and eat foods you enjoy so you can stay compliant to 1️⃣. 3️⃣ Be consistent. As long as it’s enjoyable as 2️⃣ then this makes it repeatable and easy.
So do you only want a summer body or one for life? And what’s stopping you?
