Meditation increases our intuitive abilities because we become more connected.
During todays’ meditation, take a moment to ask for guidance. It can be about a decision that’s difficult to make, a problem you must solve, or anything you would like guidance for. Wait to have reached a calmer and deeper state before asking.
To help you reach a deeper meditation state, focus on the point between your eyebrows while breathing. Note that the answer may come instantly, or later, in an unexpected form.

Mile reps are hard core - depending obviously how far you push yourself outside the comfort zone. The aim is of course to stay consistent.
Everyone has a comfort zone. This zone is confined by your mind. As much as the mind can help us achieve great things then it can also limit us.

So don't limit your thoughts and your dreams. Let your imagination run free and imagine you can achieve something you thought was never possible.

TAKE FIVE. ✋🏼 My mind has been exceptionally busy these days and very resistant to meditation.
I've been struggling to get through even 10 minutes in the mornings.
There are things at the root of that - worries, ideas, stress, where I'm at in my cycle and even just the shift in seasons - but while I address the underlying causes of my extra busy mind, I've created more ease for myself in my practice by approaching it a different way.

It makes it super approachable and easy to fit in and I think YOU could benefit from it, too!

I've set alarms on my phone to go off at 7am, 1pm and 7pm that say TAKE FIVE.
When they go off, I stop what I'm DOing, sit myself down and practice BEing for 5 minutes, watching my breath.

Here's a photo of where I practiced my last TAKE FIVE 10 mins ago. I was about to bake some banana bread when the alarm went off so I slowed down, parked myself on the floor of my kitchen and deepened my breath.

5 mins! Super small chunk of time. Short enough that my bouncing ping pong ball of a mind barely has time to resist. Long enough that I come away feeling more grounded and at ease.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try this out! Bite sized bits of presence make a big difference in how you feel. 🙏🏽

Day 7 - Up your steps! 🚶🚶 #wellnesschallenge with an office work 🏢 or as an entrepreneur, it tends to be a lot of time sitting on our butts. The sedentary lifestyle is a reality for so many and it has also been said that it's the new smoking. 🚬 Due to its bad impact on our health. So make sure you prioritize physical activity.
I sometimes struggle. But my go to is walking. Instead of taking the metro everywhere I walk. I see it as a sort self-care and make sure that I get at least an hour a day. 💙
