ADVANCED TRX AB WORKOUT |
Get your feet in the straps and give this a go if you want serious core burn - I went into the @weareequilibrium studios for a casual chat and they challenged me to this: 🙄

A1. @trxtraining pikes, knee tucks, straight leg lateral swings, lateral knee tucks - perform 3 reps of each variation without stopping x 3 sets

B1. Swinging Pikes x 10 x 3 sets (make sure you go both ways).

RUNNERS - Please please please make sure you’re doing core and hip stabilising Workouts. What do you think is holding you up and together when you run? If that ability is unstable, injury is not probable but inevitable.
This workout is really tough, but if you’ve been feeling like your ab workout needs an upgrade, this is the sequence to try. If you don’t have a TRX or want something a little simpler, give my 7 minute ab workout routine a go on YouTube. It’s more intense than you think, but needs no equipment. I’ll share the link in my stories. .

1️⃣cable rope lat pull downs
2️⃣straight arm lay pull downs
3️⃣cable rope rows
4️⃣hex-bar bent over rows

3 sets of 12-15 reps of each exercise.

Up until the age of 16/17 I was one shy girl. I would keep myself around unpopular girls and only had one or two friends... I was dealing with super bad acne, and #pretty girls in school would make fun of me. Also literally everybody would hate on my deep faith in God.
At the age of 15 I got my first gym membership, because I was always getting excited over the sound of weights clapping together #sigh 😍 The very first time I held actual dumbbells in my hand to train with them, I was convinced I would never stop this... Working out was another world for me, a better world where I could just put all my negative thoughts onto the #weights, building and #transforming not just my #body, but also my mind to a stronger version. #Fitness has become an essential part of my own life and has always pushed me hard to constantly strive for a happier and more confident version of myself!! Every single time I make that step into a #gym, I focus on improving myself, which in turn boosts my confidence sky high.. and this helped me see that I can succeed in anything in my life, no matter what goal I have, if I just work hard enough for it, without letting any bullshit or dumb people with only dumb shit in their head distract me from positive thinking 😊🖐🏽
I know without #weightlifting I wouldn't be where I am today (in fact there has been a moment in my life where I was thinking about just ending it all... But then there was the gym)! I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS UP. I will forever work on creating the strongest and healthiest ME! And remember this: it's not easy! In fact there will be days that you feel like your workout fricking sucks and you're just a weak a$$ pu$$y 😉 But you actually went, and chose to not be lazy and let yourself go, like those people who just stay at home and out of boredom just talk trash about others, looking even uglier than a nice girl with acne ✌🏾😋 #winning #badass #getonmylevel #alphaasfuck .
