Fantastic transformation from my client Jane. A lady who entered the gym with zero confidence and very apprehensive about the environment. My 6 week transformation challenge is starting up again on Mon 1st October

What is the challenge?

The challenge is a 6 week fitness competition to run alongside your healthy diet, in order to find the best personal transformation achieved.

What do you receive as part if the challenge?

Each week you will receive 6 gym based and 6 bodyweight only workouts designed to burn maximum calories whilst improving muscular strength/tone. This will give you 1 rest day per week.

You will also receive a information on how to calculate your individual calorie requirement, as well as user guides on how to setup and use My Fitness Pal (food/nutrition tracking app) in order to help maximise you transformation.

The cost to enter is £30 and the top prize for best transformation will win an Amazon tablet. 2nd place will win an Amazon Fire Stick with Alexa and 3rd place will win a portable Bluetooth speaker

🔥Body fat can be divided into two categories: Essential fat and storage (non-essential) fat.

💪🏻For men, essential fat accounts for approximately 3% of body weight. However, ladies need a higher percentage of essential fat, about 12%. This includes gender-specific fat found in the breasts, pelvis, hips and thighs which are important for normal reproductive function.

🔥Storage (non-essential) fat on the other hand is the type of fat we accumulate under the skin, in certain specific areas inside your body, and in your muscles. It does include some deep fat which protects our internal organs from injury but it brings back some gender equity with men and women equally susceptible to storage fat.

This is what 9 days worth calorie deficit looks like. Boring? Dull? Low fat? No desserts? Meal replacements? Sod it. I still enjoyed my food, I just got more focused on planning and preparation to stay on the track. Also on the weekend at my twins' birthday party I had a binge (cake, crisps, garlic bread with cheese) and a wine. Just over 3 pounds (1.5kg) shifted while I still enjoyed life. How do you do it? Calorie deficit. Protein with most meals. On workout days saving carbs after workout (4 times a week). That's it. Mother of three under 4, 2 jobs, no help. Have a lovely weekend everyone! 😘

Nadal cieszylam sie jedzeniem, po prostu skupilam sie bardziej na planowaniu i przygotowaniu, aby zostac na dobrym torze. A i jeszcze w weekend sie obzarlam na urodzinach moich blizniakow (chipsy, ciasto, wino, chleb czosnkowy z serem). 1.5 kg mniej podczas gdy nadal cieszylam sie zyciem. Jak to zrobic? Deficyt kaloryczny. Bialko w wiekszosci posilkow. Zachowanie weglowodanow na posilki po treningu (4 razy w tygodniu). I tyle. Mama trojki ponizej 4 roku zycia, 2 prace, bez pomocy.
