What 146 lbs looks like....Always reluctant to share old pictures because they are so different to what I look like now. Back then I thought I was jacked, now
I look back and chuckle. We ( myself included) need to get over the weight on a scale and just make healthier choices overall. Whether it's exercise, bettering our mental health or nutrition, just aim to be a better version of yourself from where you were yesterday. This picture is exactly twelve months ago on the left, and right was last week before stepping on stage. Vores forløb har kun varet 4 uger, men Tuba har alligevel formået at levere et fantastisk stykke arbejde og et flot resultat! Tuba kom primært for inspiration til sin egen træning, men har i løbet af vores 4 uger smidt hele 4 kilo RENT FEDT, hvilket er enormt flot!
Hun har ikke haft nogen restriktiv kostplan, men blot fået hjælp med på vejen ift mad og til, at bage nogle sunde kager, boller, pølsehorn osv. til famile og venner.
- Tuba har altid leveret en enormt god energi, et dejlige smil på vejen og presset sig selv til det yderste, hvilket har gjort mit arbejde til en sand fornøjelse. Så jeg siger MANGE TAK for et fantastisk forløb - jeg håber du opnår alle de mål og drømme du ønsker i fremtiden 🌟

Big thanks to @cfstamford for putting on an awesome 30 Day Nutrition Challenge! Took the opportunity with some added free time during baseball in season to focus on my own health and fitness goals.

Focused on eating well, sleeping better, staying hydrated, training more frequently and taking the time to recover each day. All this resulted in losing 4.5% body fat from 12.7 to 8.2% (10lbs of fat), improving my front squat 5RM by 30lbs and feeling better and stronger than I ever have, as well as finishing 3rd and winning a cool $200.

When you have a goal in mind, whether it's health, physique or athletic performance, find a team that's going to support you and put you in the best position to succeed.

The harsh reality is at certain periods dieting is needed to achieve optimal athletic performance, achieve the body that you desire or drop body fat for health benefits.
When referring to diet I mean the approach of making educated choices on the foods we consume to create the most optimal environment to achieve our end goal, NOT over the top restriction to drop bodyweight.
One of the easiest ways to make this process more sustainable and actually enjoyable is to eat meals that taste good. There is nothing worse than eating meals that may align to your daily macronutrients targets but taste garbage.
Yesterdays dinner....chilli pesto topped ostrich burgers with lemon cous cous, asparagus and avocado. Keeping me well fuelled whilst tasting great!
