So I posted a snap story last week about bulking season starting & have been getting a lot of questions about my diet and what I do so I thought I'd give a simplified version..
Basically when I'm cutting I stay in a 400 calorie deficit, focus more on HITT cardio & less cheat meals. You can't stay in a calorie deficit forever tho or your metabolism is gonna hate you. So for me when I'm bulking I start slowing increasing my cals weekly mainly coming from carbs. It's called reverse dieting & I'll do that till my calories reach around 2400. Training wise I focus more on weights and going heavier.
Also to point out in these after pictures I'm 15lbs heavier so seriously don't focus on the number on the scale. Focus on how your clothes fit (except jeans cause booty/thighs explode during bulk season😂) and how you feel/ look.
