SO much happened in those 5 years and I made some pretty radical changes in my lifestyle. I started actually learning about nutrition and how to apply it, got certifications, learned how to structure workout routines, started competitive bodybuilding, set actually goals for myself, and basically have been on a pretty structured diet for the past 3 years.
