Nothing beats the power of having fun! 🎉 Like using sports or dancing as cardio for example. You can distract that "want to quit" or "don't wanna do it" voice in your head by making a game out of the gym & your workouts and just remembering to smile, laugh and enjoy yourself. The gym doesn't have to be a serious and stressful place. You don't have to dread your workouts. Remember to make yourself have fun, and eventually your mentality towards the gym will change. You'll go from dreading the gym, to liking the gym, to loving the gym and being excited for your workout each day! 🙌🏼💯 Just trust me, because believe it or not it wasn't always easy for me to get my butt to the gym. If I can shift my mentality, then so can YOU. 👊🏽
