🌞Happy Saturday!!! Weekends are the best! The extra time let's me make more creative meals and what a better way to start the weekend than with pancakes!
Today's recipe:
➡20g oatmeal (ground to a fine powder) + 1 pinch baking powder+ 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
➡80g cooked sweet potato
➡1 whole egg + enough water to blend till batter consistency
➡ Optional: sweeter and raisins or sugar-free syrup

MACROS: 30g carbs, 6g fat, 10g protein! 💪🍳 I paired my pancakes with scrambled egg whites to meet my protein requirements.

The result is a very moist and fluffy pancake with a delicious taste, lots of fiber and zero guilt. Enjoy! 😘

Just a few Dukes adapting. (Old college saying lol) met up with two of my best friends from college last night for some sushi one of them happens to be one of my best friends from high school as well. Always a good time reminiscing, talking about how far we've come, and motivating each other brainstorming/ visualizing the success we will amount to in the future. It's an amazing feeling when you're surrounded by a good group of people that not only support everything you do and have your best interest in mind, but challenge/ motivate you to stay focused and keep progressing in whatever it is you are passionate about. Last meal of the day... keeping fats high and carbs low still while I'm bulking. Bizarre I bet for some of you I know but I find I hold less water this way keeping my weight gain consistent and not not getting carried away. Carb loading every 4 days for me still keeps my glycogen stores in sync aiding good workouts day in day out. Hey fitness family, just wanted to share with you all what my caloric deficit meal planning looks like at the moment.
Here's my meal prep I pack to eat at work. --------------------------------------------
300g raw strawberries

300g Steamed broccoli
--------------------------------------------
100g bell peppers --------------------------------------------
6-8 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast with 60g Diana sauce
--------------------------------------------
158g of white rice --------------------------------------------
2 low calorie jell-o
--------------------------------------------
2-4 Oikos Greek yogurt --------------------------------------------
1 romaine lettuce head (15-20 leaves)
--------------------------------------------
2 scoops of #optimumnutrition whey protein, and a choice of rices cakes (chocolate chip/caramel/tomato basil) or oatmeal with dark chocolate chunks. --------------------------------------------
I do the best I can to stay within a deficit while adding cardio sessions. Any food choices you would recommend for a meal prep? --------------------------------------------

Feeling super ready and excited for my new meal plan by @dayni_finesse_nutrition . I've been on it since friday and im already feeling way more energised and never feeling hungry or unsatisfied.
