'Green Eggs & Ham', with Crispy Shredded Sweet Potato

Yep... it was so delicious! Here's a new and really interesting way to prepare Sweet Potato - to shred it and fry it in coconut oil until it browns. It has a bit of crisp, whilst still being soft, buttery and a hint of sweetness. Chuck an egg on that too, with some fresh Avocado and a Parma Ham Salad and... voila! Mouth watering and thoroughly satisfying due to the healthy fats and flavours running throughout. As I'm on a mini-cut (short calories restricted diet), I'm skipping breakfast and dealing down lunch, which allows me to keep dinners about the same. This is a perfect light Lunch or post workout meal if supplemented with a protein shake. For a lower calorie option, reduce to one Egg and 150g of Sweet Potato and save 133kcal.

Here is a view of tricep pushdowns from the side. I made a few posts recently from the front and discussed different attachments but this is one exercise where a lot of people actually use too big of a range of motion 😱😱.

There is no reason to come up too high like the photo on the left. You will take the tension of your triceps and most likely use momentum as well as your shoulders at the start of each rep. You want to keep constant tension on your triceps throughout 💪🏼.

You simply can’t go wrong with chili.
I typically make our chili with lean ground Turkey, chopped vegetables and pinto beans. If I want a starchy carb in the mix, I’ll add a roll or crackers and of course because you can eat lots of the green stuff, I like to put a salad on the side to polish things off.

Remember, EAT and TRAIN to gain muscle and burn unwanted fat, don’t lose sight of your portions and intake and most of all, don’t stress out about it....Living a fit and healthy life through good eating habits and regular physical activity is meant to be a lifestyle not a job😉👭.
