You simply can’t go wrong with chili.
I typically make our chili with lean ground Turkey, chopped vegetables and pinto beans. If I want a starchy carb in the mix, I’ll add a roll or crackers and of course because you can eat lots of the green stuff, I like to put a salad on the side to polish things off.
Remember, EAT and TRAIN to gain muscle and burn unwanted fat, don’t lose sight of your portions and intake and most of all, don’t stress out about it....Living a fit and healthy life through good eating habits and regular physical activity is meant to be a lifestyle not a job😉👭.
