WE DID IT! 🏆 Finally going to see my family after staying to shoot so I can properly celebrate. I honestly didn’t think I’d make this show. I remember being close to tears telling @lady__hammer & @brandon__james what I was deal with and thinking about possibly pulling out of the show, but failure should never be an option as they reaffirmed that. I’m so thankful first to God and for the close friends/family who were so supportive these last few weeks. The number of exercises that target your front delts as a secondary muscle group is often underrated. The main function of the front delts is to flex the shoulder joint [1]. Shoulder flexion occurs with nearly every upper body push exercise available. .

This helps explain why there's research showing shoulder press and bench press movements do a good job at stimulating your front deltoids [2, 3]. Certain isolation exercises like chest flyes and upright rows also involve shoulder flexion and, therefore, stimulate the front delts to some extent as well. .

So, individuals with a balanced training routine generally do not need to directly train their front delts through front raises. Many exercises you likely are already performing train the front delt area quite well. .

Seek to make your shoulder training balanced. This does not only result in more proportional shoulder growth but often times also benefits shoulder health. .

Как-то меня на философию разнесло, поэтому будет многа букаф
Лежу я как-то, значит, обдумываю план по захвату вселенной и занимаюсь «ментальной мустубацией» (а ей занимаются все, но не все знают, как это называется)
Так вот, многие, наверное, были бы не прочь, если бы сразу готовым на «блюдечке» подали, скажем кучу денег, ну 500 тыс. $ к примеру. СРАЗУ, без кропотливой работы и траты лет усердного труда, прямиком в ручки. Думаю, ответ был бы да

Если рассматривать вопрос в эволюционном плане, тут все понятно. Минимальный расход энергии в обмен на обладание большим количеством ресурса. А вот в плане удовлетворения самим ресурсом, тут уже интереснее
.
У многих же было чувство, когда чего-то ждёшь, постоянно об этом думаешь, представляешь как это происходит и уже от этого получаешь удовольствие 😊
.
Это все делает дофамин, ненавязчиво намекая: привет, друг/подруга, а я контролирую всю твою жизнь, твои увлечения, хобби и вообще все, на что ты хочешь тратить своё время (не которое тратишь, а которое именно ХОЧЕШЬ)
.
И вот тот момент наступает, ты получаешь то, о чем столько думал, а тут... ПАДЛА, все не так, как ты думал, а если даже и так, все-равно не то. Кайфа того не получаешь, о котором столько думал и наступает микропечалька😕
.
Ну стали получать вы з/п в разы больше, чем получали до этого, запросы выросли, желания увеличились и снова хочется чего-то большего, денег снова не хватает, и снова прямиком в порочный круг ментальной.. ну вы поняли. Надо все больше, дофаминовые рецепторы атрофируются и для получения такого же количества «удовольствия» нужно ещё больше, дороже, лучше итп итд
.
Да и вообще дофамин действует так, что человек склонен выбирать маловероятную иллюзию вместо перспективной реальности. Ментал мустурбэйшн хэллоу!

Тут я провёл параллель с бодибилдингом. Да я любитель, но будь у меня выбор: либо я получаю супер-джупер форму сразу, райт нау, райт хере, либо я вкалываю месяцами, разбираюсь чодакак, трачу свои деньги и время, а 2е не вернёшь..
И тут я понимаю, что я, недолго думая, выбрал бы 2й вариант. Тут пришлось постараться, чтобы как-то аргументировать такой, как сначала кажется, нелогичный выбор

Even if you don't you need this in your arsenal. It's a fantastic way to overload safely and build strength and it's also great for overloading safely on volume.

In this case I'm doing push-ups long after my shoulders have cashed out and I'm still able to push massive blood volume into the chest, getting that skin splitting pump we all crave.

No I don't work for them and this isn't a commercial. I'm just a passionate fan who was able to cure a long period of no benching and serious shoulder pain by training with this product.
