El premio de la Copa de Valencia era la inscripción al Mr Olympia Amateur así que ya estoy inscrito en lo que será el Mayor Evento del año. Una oportunidad única para medirse con los mejores y mas grandes culturistas amateurs del mundo. Saldré en la categoría de Culturismo Senior Super Pesado (+102kg) así que la cosa va a estar complicada no lo siguiente... 😂. Menos de 3 semanas y vamos a por todas!!!

Exercise 1️⃣ Bridges - I’ve only started adding these in the past 3/4 months, there great for strengthening the glutes, hamstrings and frame. You also need to do single leg bridges to work each glute separately.

Exercise 2️⃣ Soleus Raises - you don’t see many people hitting calves like this, they normally stick to straight leg exercises and there both muscles you need to do a lot of reps and sets for. To hit the muscle below the calves (soleus) your legs need to be bent. You can add a dumbbell or barbell on top of your knees and raise. -

Finishing off my workout with some mobility and stretching as always! 💪🏽 As you can see I finally got my Focus training tops, very comfy and I wear a bigger size so I’m more comfortable when training 👍🏽

Today was a amazing workout 👌🏽 Did about 6-8 sets of muscle ups, need to practice those more so I’m able to start from the bottom as I jump up and start from the top. Then moved onto abs and core work using the viper, swiss ball and buso then finished with some boxing and kickboxing training 💦 -
