I slept really badly and woke up feeling tired and kinda sick. I thought about a rest day until I realised IT’S DAY 40!!! I’m halfway through these 80 days already!!!

There were points I thought I’d throw up but a sweat fest, some liquid gold and some dancing has made me feel a lot better.

A few months ago I shared on my stories about how much I love this tank top, and even though it showed off my mom bod👖I was going to wear it for the sole reason that I love it. That is self-love. It’s a choice. A choice to choose to love your body exactly where it’s at, in the midst of your insecurities. That’s the journey guys! ✨⠀

How many pictures can you count that you’ve been in and felt confident, happy, and not looking at yourself negatively? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ .
I feel ya because that was me less than 6months ago, 6MONTHS AGO! I did not want pictures taken of me, I was living in maternity pants, and leggings(not that leggings are bad bc honey those are the greatest gift to women 🙌). .
I was living in postpartum hell and missing out on the happiness that was going on around me. I thought Spanx were about to turn into my best friend and jeans with a button we’re going to vanish from my closet for life. .

After trying many different things to getting myself better I found something that made me feel awesome! I joined an online accountability group and had the support of many strong women, doing full body workouts from home🏋🏻‍♀️

✌We let our emotions cloud our goals. Spinning vicious circle of death... death... death.... {☁️Name that movie☁️} but for real, either from stress eating, emotional eating, or binge. Which pushes US further away from attaining our awesomesauce goals. Vicious cycle 🙅‍♀️

I proven to MYSELF since 2010 when I first said yes or this, and showed that I freak'n actually CAN lose the weight, with daily action + encouragement from our Wellness Studio + self love it doesn't have to be hard to lose weight 👑💎🍍

Baby asleep by 7:15 means early-ish workout for momma. Really trying to stay motivated these days. I just can’t seem to get out of bed any earlier than 5 am so the workouts have to happen at night for now. Day 1/80 complete. Happy Monday Everyone!

I posted a quote earlier that basically says that I can either make Monday the start to a struggle week, or I can start Monday as a reminder that this week I will Be Strong. I chose the latter. As long as you push through and push past a struggle, I consider it strength to finish something you’ve started. Today we opened up a new challenge group and I’m pretty sure everyone in it woke up this morning feeling determined to start strong as well!! That’s how pumped they are which in turn keeps me well past motivated and completely inspired!! When your shirt matches your mood (NOPE🙅🏼‍♀️) sometimes the universe gives you a sign otherwise 😎 Therefore my Mantra Monday for today is: You got this 💪🏼 Came across these cool tunnels (basically storm drains that were paved with sidewalks inside) along a walking trail the other day.
