Goodmorning ☀️☀️☀️shines .. Lets kick off this tuesday with some fastened cardio .. and keep it real.. met een een echte sweat actie pic van mij🙈😂als je cardio doet zweet je.. anders doe je iets niet goed.. So work it it and sweat.. met Mn vaso series belt met vaso burn gel.. 🔥🔥🔥 tot nu toe is Mn middel al 3 cm geslonken in de twee weken dat ik m gebruik . Naast dat het je verbranding op gang helpt voelt het heerlijk stevig aan. Zelf heb ik vaak pijn in mijn onderrug omdat Mn heupen en benen 2 cm verschillen in lengte en als ik deze band draag voelt dat heerlijk op mijn rug en heb ik minder last van mijn rugpijn. Extra pluspunten dus .. 💪🏼Ben heel benieuwd wat het op de lange termijn gaat doen als ik m bij elke gymsessie /cardio draag. Ik doe de fastened cardio 4 keer per week een half uur in de ochtend .
De ene keer fiets ik thuis .. en de andere keer op deze band en dan ren ik 20 min a half uur. Normaal doe ik geen cardio.. maar wil volgend jaar samen met mijn dochter de damloop doen dus moet me langzaam gaan voor bereiden. En ik ben benieuwd wat het mijn lijf gaat doen.

#40weeks VS #5months .

Trying to lose this baby weight has been really tough and I’m still not even at my pre-pregnancy weight but I’m a lot closer 🙌🏽After putting on 22kg during my pregnancy, I lost 15kg in the first month and the last 7kg has not wanted to budge at all! I’ve exclusively breastfed since Kyson was born (he refuses a bottle) and started working out at 9 weeks #postpartum doing a high intensity circuit workout (F45) 3-5 times a week. I always just thought it would fall off with the feeding and being my first bubba... but everyone is different. It’s taken me a while to adjust but at the end of the day it’s just weight and Kysons gorgeous face is worth it all and more. Still a work in progress but I’m happy with what I’ve achieved 💪🏽 #bodyafterbaby #postpartumjourney

Today was such an awesome day!! 🙌🏻 Lots of exciting stuff going on... My new clients kicked off the most recent round of my 6 Week Fat Loss Cycle program with a BANG! My ladies in the August round are also continuing to KILL it as they started week five today. They're seeing great results and feeling awesome. 💪🏻 And last but certainly not least, my amazing Empowered Women Community continues to be an incredible source of support, encouragement, and FUN! 💗

One thing I have learned over the past 2 years is that you will never regret the small amount of time you invest in yourself. Yes you will have ups and downs. But overall I know it's made me a better mother, partner, friend. The one thing I notice about the top 4 pictures which are snapshots from our first 12 weeks of #BBG is that I was progressively becoming happier with myself (do I still have 💩 days- yes but much less 🤣). Aside from physical changes I was getting stronger and that surprised me! The next change was that after these workouts I wanted to eat healthier that day. I was proud of myself for sticking to it! .
More than anything I want to be the best version of myself for this little girl right here. Macy loves swimming and our walks together and I plan on being able to keep up with her as I get older. She knows when Jamie comes over we are about to have fun and be active. The time we spend being active and fueling our bodies is an investment. .

It is SO DARK now in the early mornings! The size of your thighs? Doesn't matter.

The size sewn into your jeans? Doesn't mean a thing (you H&M; I'm pointing the finger at you!) The size of your boobs, bum, hips.....none of it matters one dot. When was the last time anyone asked? And how long did it take you to delete them from your phonebook because that's just damm rude!! What DOES MATTER is the size of your heart; the size of your effort, the size of your fight. Those things really matter.

You aren't the unlucky one, you weren't born with crap genetics. You're not destined to be overweight. Sure, our genes and our body shape do play a big part. I'm short and I've literally got no body. There's about 4cm between the top of my hips and the bottom of my rib cage. No one designs clothes for that body shape!! I can't make my body taller but I can make it stronger. I can learn to love my body for what it is and marvel at the way it adapted to make way for each of my growing babies. (Seriously it's amazing how my ribcage moved and changed shape to make some room and then shrunk back afterward!). Instead of putting so much energy into feeling sorry for yourself or crappy about you body, put that energy where it will be used best; fighting for yourself. Your size ain't got nothing on your fight! 💪🏻✨

Workiut➡️After your warmed up 1. walk at a medium-high pace for one minute engaging your leg muscles and core. 2. At a low-moderate pace Jump up the stairs in a squat jump➡️tip: bend your knees for low impact and a soft landing each time and so you don't hurt your joints. As they stairs revolve, jump up toward the top (typically 5-6 stairs so 5-6 jumps, and when I get to the top I ride it down and while heading down I stand up quickly before beginning the sequence. You will continue for 30 seconds. 3. Alternate between steps 1 & 2 for 10-15 minutes. As a challenge I push for 20 minutes drink water and you'll be dead after. If you need to start in smaller increments practice and work up 3-5 minutes at a time. .

Super-belated post today, but better late than never! Two observations on this #legday: 1️⃣ I need to watch my form when my muscles get tired. I popped my knee a bit at the end of those 40 jump lunges because my quads were giving out 😕 2️⃣ I'm actually getting definition on the front of my legs--I have visible quads?? 😱 This is new territory for me, and I'm stoked! 💪🏻

⬇️⬇️⬇️➡️Workout: Squats on a treadmill are such a zinger for the booty, gluteus and core. By squatting (bending knees and pushing your bum back) you have to keep the hips still and use your core to pull you up the stairs and your booty activated to push you up at the same time. This will help to tighten the inner and outer thighs while tightening the under side of the booty and pulling it. This is the real Brazilian butt lift!

Workout➡️Go for minute intervals one slow and squatting and one faster to keep the heart rate up. Its so important to squeeze your bum to get deep within the muscles and. Also, remember trying to keep your hips from lifting or swaying when your stepping this is where core/ab stability comes in, pull your belly button close to your spine and pull yourself up the stairs. .
