Slamming PR's at the Iron House. 245lbs on Deadlifts. Still working on my form but how good does it feel!!!! I used to be very afraid to Deadlift. Because the injury that can happen but if your form is right and you take it at a steady pace when rising in weight, all will be fine. @summerfit4all was here. 🙌🏼 . 135x8 185x8 225x8 245x8
