Classes are great for motivation ect as you all know already. A big issue I have is all the uncontrolled complex movements for the general population which isn't always the best choice. You can still give a great class but skip the circus exercises and actually help the general public get their structural stronger. The end of our #strengthcurve class had a wide range of levels.
