You may need to watch a few times because the exercise is the same but the positioning is different. Give it a try and don't touch the weight and see how physics effects everything. 1. Pick weight that is pretty challenging
2. Choose reps 10-12
3. Move to second matt repeat
4. Move to third matt and repeat

Before you give your view the reason this is of interest to me is I give 100% to making sure my athletes are ready for battle. Sports are very demanding on the structure and off season training NBA and other sports is crucial is my point.
