Sad day in #florida yesterday and one thing everyone can do is make a positive difference with people you are around. I hope I do this in every session because all these kids are pretty special.
Week 8 with my Wednesday groups. Adding strength endurance between whatever progressions we are on to create solid patterns as they fatigue. Giving the athletes various levels so they can regress when fatigue sets in helps them become aware of when patterns are breaking down. #bmeyertraining #coachbmeyer
