PSA: that last month of training is a good idea if you don't want a blister the size of a golf ball 😅 everything considered it was a great race and I almost beat my PB with a time of 2:21:34 👌🏻😁 #BlueNose2017
First run in almost two weeks since the @bluenosemarathon 10k and I definitely felt it. 6K in 35:16 🏃 Old blisters are gone but new ones started forming tonight. Body felt in slow motion and hips were achy but I'm getting back at er one run at a time! 👍

"Hi Mom!" #bluenose2017 For only deciding to enter a week before, I ended up getting a pretty decent time (1h33m in the half) and raised some $. I probably should have gone a bit slower though: I was feeling pretty out of it for a while and getting through the work week was a struggle.
