I feel like my arms are nothing but jello. . . We started a new workout program with the amazing trainer @joelfreemanfitness and it’s only day 2 and I can’t not wait to see my results with this one! A little bit of weights, a little bit of cardio, and finishing up with some abs. 🙌 . .
