Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Get confident being uncertain. Don't give up just because something is hard. Pushing through your challenges is what makes you grow. My brother @supaluca_74 definitely left his comfort zone at the door. Was a hard workout but he pushed through. Teamdontsleep
Hey @tex44881640 the secret to big guns is three hour arm days, not passive aggressively staring into the camera while you do six sets of curls in planet fitness. Not sure where you've been, but nevertheless get to work.
