In life, we all struggle at times. It's what we do in our darker moments that shapes us and trains our thought patterns.
Firstly, it's absolutely vital to acknowledge when you're NOT "okay." Ignoring the less desirable emotions is dangerous to our health & wellbeing, it is natural to feel those things; YOU ARE HUMAN. What is not natural is shutting them out & ignoring them.
Secondly, have a plan. Have a person, a safe space, a calm space, positive self talk, a checklist. We have contingency plans for everything else in life (spare tyres in the car, umbrellas for the rain) - make a plan knowing that there will be times you're low.
Finally, love yourself. "WTF is wrong with you?" Is NOT the way to speak to yourself. "What do you need today?" Is much better. ❤️🙏🏽 #selflove #positivemindpositivelife #grateful #plan
