A blast from the past with one of my absolute favorite snacks ever with healthy Vegan Nutella dipped with bananas!!😛😛 BANANA-POP FLAVORS⤵️
1. Buckwheat
2. Cacao nibs
3. Shredded coconut
4. Goji berries
VEGAN NUTELLA MIX⤵️
1cup hemp seed hearts
5tbs cacao powder
5tbs raw coconut nectar
1tsp vanilla extract
1/3tsp sea salt
Splash of water
Directions: blend all ingredients of Nutella mix together until smooth

Zum Frühstück gibt es heute einen Frühstückskuchen mit Blaubeeren.
Rezept: 1 Ei, 20g Haferflocken, 100g Magerquark, 30g Proteinpulver Vanille, 1/2 zermuste Banane, Prise Backpulver, Süßungsmittel, Schuss Milch. Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech streichen und mit 50g Blaubeeren belegen. Bei 200 Grad ca. 15-20min backen. Okay, this beautiful little blueberry oat jar just killed my previous game of overnight oats, in a good way. I've been on a blueberry streak recently and I ain't mad bout it. They're one of the highest antioxidant foods in the world! 🌎Also, can we just talk about freakin BRAZIL NUTS for a moment?! Did you know that Brazil nuts help regulate thyroid function? And...dun dun dun...they can help defend against cancer! Selenium can be effective in protecting DNA which reduces the risk of cell mutation and cancer development. I find this process fascinating, so if you're like me and want to know how it works, read below! If not, the recipe is at the bottom.

-Selenium goes into the nucleus of your cell where the DNA is stored. Then it finds any damage that has occurred. It attaches to protective antioxidants and works to repair the damage done to DNA. If the damage is left uncontrolled this could lead to cancerous cell mutation and tumor growth. 🎉 how neat is that?! Who's joining me in eating Brazil nuts on the regular! -J

RECIPE:
-1/2 cup old fashioned oats (I use GF)
-1/3 cup blueberries
-2 TBSP chia seeds
-1 cup almond milk
-Few dashes cinnamon
-1 packet stevia (you could also use 1 TBSP honey or maple syrup)
-Cover and let sit in fridge for minimum one hour
-I topped it with a banana and four chopped Brazil nuts
