I want to talk about oil pulling for a second! 😄 where are my people who pull oil?! 🙋🙌
. Oil pulling dates back thousands of years, as an ayurvedic practice! You just pop in a tablespoon or so of extra virgin coconut oil, sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil, etc, and you swish for trendy minutes-- or ten, if your jaw gets tired-- pulling the oil through your teeth, and around every crevice. When you're done, spit it out-- just not in the sink! The oil can be used in tandem with essential oils such as tea tree, for extra detox. :)
. There are so many amazing benefits to doing this simple thing, especially when you first wake up in the morning. (Hence my "still asleep" look, and bead head. 😉😂) . •improve your immune system

•detoxify the body
•help whiten teeth .
^those are umbrella benefits, and there are many little benefits under each category including-- helping with bad breath, reversing gingivitis, help clear skin, so on. Just start with five to ten minutes of pulling a day, and work your way up! You'll see benefits before you know it. :) .
