How many times have we made a negative comment about a part of our body or a feature, about looking too fat or too thin, about thigh gaps or no thigh gap, about not having good enough hair or being too short or too tall? Too many.
I am definitely guilty of hating on myself on a daily basis and this needs to stop. Even doing this photoshoot I hated on most photos because I thought I looked fat (my sister almost killed me) or my face was weird. Why do we do this to ourselves? Why this constant criticism?
