When it comes to the fitness life, I am truly not as dedicated as I would like to be. My routine fluctuates, and my meal prep is practically non-existent.


But with all goals we set, we know it’s the effort that matters. And right now, I know I can be doing a lot more and a lot better. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


After today, I know I definitely should keep going. It’s time to create a date and time log, and really put this thing into action.

Leg day today, baby steps on Deadlifts, I'm a beginner at it. Reverse lunges were challenging but got it done 😵
Progress and success are both achieved progressively, let the ego behind and respect the process, starting on low weight to keep the form is a long term investment on your health!

Stiff Leg Deadlifts, i used straps because that is the best to keep everything nice and close. Accessory to build posterior chain and hamstrings, work done from 205-405 Shown. I lifted 3x this week but stayed within parameters of 85-95%, 70-80, then 50-60%. I notice when i do that i have better form and endurance to complete all of the volume. 1. Front Shoulder Raises - 30lbs dumbbells - 3-4 sets / 12-15 reps - 30 second break
2. Side Raises - Any resistance band - 3 sets / 12-15 reps - 30 second break
3. Front / Side Raises - 20lbs dumbbells - 4 sets / 12-15 reps - 40 second break
4. Pull ups - 2 sets of 15, 2 sets till failure (4) - 2x 30 second break, 2x 4i second break

1.Squats - 315 lbs - 4 sets / 5 reps
- Break for 20 seconds
2. Walking Lunges (Kettlebells)
- 32lbs - 20 yards up & back - 4 sets
- Break for 30 seconds
3. Box Jumps - Body Weight
- 30 seconds - 4 sets - Break for 45 seconds -
4 . V Set Reaches (abs) - Exercise Ball - 4 sets - 20 Reps - Break for 30 seconds
- Start with ball in your hands, when you grab it with your legs than place it back into your hands that’s 1 Rep. EVERY-TIME THE BALL TOUCHES YOUR HAND THATS 1 Rep

Tired from work and a little later than usual. But regardless, real results take real effort. When you feel like you can't, is when you have to give it your best because is those moments that make the difference.
